Aptumo, pioneering multi-utility billing software developed by utilities specialists Echo Managed Services, has appointed four new team members as it continues to grow its business.

The Walsall-based billing technology business has taken on four new members of staff this month, as it expands the team behind its innovative and flexible, customer-friendly billing engine.

Following a number of on-going projects and continued interest in the platform, in the UK and Australian water sectors, the business has continued to expand its product team and scale up its workforce.

The billing software business has taken on Hajar El Kharroubi as a Business Analyst. Hajar joins Aptumo from the Echo Managed Services’ RapidXtra team, and joined the wider sister business, Echo in October 2018. Hajar has more than five years’ experience in project management and analysis, in the banking and insurance industries.

Steve Goring returns to work for Echo and its sister company Aptumo after a 10-year break, in which he was a Project Manager and Business Analyst at NFU Mutual. Steve will hold the role of Hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager.

Aptumo has appointed Adam Wieczorek as a Technical Business Analyst. He has a proven track record of enhancing product usability and experience and has worked in the utilities industry on smart energy projects for a number of years.

Chris Callaghan is an English MA Graduate with a Graduate Certificate in Technical Writing, he has been appointed as Technical Author at Aptumo. Chris has written technical documents for Jaguar Land Rover and Configit software developers since graduating from the University of Limerick..

Andy Mack, software services director at Echo Managed Services, commented: “We’re thrilled to welcome such talented individuals to the Aptumo team as we continue to grow. Each new appointment brings a wealth of experience in the technology, communications and utilities industries, with some old faces returning to the new part of the business.”

Built on the Salesforce platform, Aptumo can help utility companies to reduce their integration and data synchronisation headaches via a single data model across their customer service operations by choosing Aptumo together with Salesforce, the global leader in CRM. Aptumo aims to deliver unparalleled personalisation, helping utility providers to get closer to their customers than ever before.
